Believe it or not, alcohol is still the number one drug of choice among teens. Where do teens get their alcohol from? Many teens actually report getting it from their parents! The “Is it worth it” campaign was designed using data from the 2012 Illinois Youth Survey (Edwardsville High School 10th grade students). The campaign aims to educate parents on the consequences of providing alcohol to those who are under the age of 21. These messages can be seen throughout the community in a variety of ways including posters, report card inserts, insulated shopping tote bags, pens, and note pads.
